In most dream lotteries in London there is one home built, maybe a cottage. Millstone Homes decided to take it a step further and build two homes. The lucky winner of this year’s draw will have a choice of two expertly crafted Millstone Homes, or the money.
Both homes were built in just 90 days, however, have the attention to detail, design, and craftmanship of a home that would take many months.
The first home is located in the ever growing hilltop Byron neighbourhood of Wickerson Woods. An ultra modern 4 bedroom with stunning views of not only Boler mountain but the downtown London skyline as well.
Equally as breathtaking is the Highland home just a stones throw from the Highland Golf and Country Club on Carnegie Lane. With a european flair, this large home offers rustic features and design pieces never seen in a home in London before.
From the top of the line Miele appliances, to the carefully crafted floor to ceiling fireplace, each of these homes are certainly filled with that of dreams.
The winner of 2017 Fall Dream Lottery in London is going to be hard pressed to decide on which to choose!
The Dream Lottery is a semi-annual campaign raising money for health care in the city of London and has been very successful in supporting local builders, designers, and developers while raising money for health care needs and programs right here in town.
When most of the supporters are asked if they would take the house or the money, most say money. However the buzz at the launch parties this time around was far different.
And by looking at the finished Millstone Homes projects it is very easy to see why!
