Moving to downtown London wasn’t always on our radar. In fact for a while it was completely out of the question. For the same reason that others dislike London’s core. Parking (or lack there of in a lot of cases).
Once we made the decision to move downtown we knew we would face the question and some times even back lash of “Is there parking?”
What most don’t realize though that in modern real estate transactions these days it’s not the frequent that a client will visit an office. With e-signatures and everyone on the move coming in to the office to look over listings or sign paper work is somewhat of a thing of the past. And if these clients do visit our onsite location it’s usually in the evenings or for short periods of time. Finding evening or short term parking in downtown London particularly in our high traffic, well known location, is not a problem AT ALL.
It’s also not as if we don’t have any parking of our own. We most certainly do. A few owned spots and open visitors. Between that and the few other spots that our brokerage leases and opens to clients and agents alike we are quite well equipped in the parking front.
Our early parking hesitations quickly disappeared and we realized that the convenience, atmosphere and over all fit of our downtown London location certainly out weighed any potential parking concerns we may face.
Looking out our front window at the beauty that is One London Place, or just being able to be nestled in a brownstone style building that screams The Agency Boutique couldn’t have us more excited.
As winter settles with the glimmering Christmas lights and sounds of the holidays. When the summer arrives and the hustle and bustle of festivals. Nothing is too far from reach in the core from business to personal needs.
We are quite comfortable here. Cars parked and all.
