There is something about the excitement of being downtown in a bustling city like London, Ontario. The noise, yet the calmness of it all. Colours, sounds, and of course – selections. There are so many great places to eat and things to see.

The Agency Real Estate Brokerage is so excited to be moving Downtown London right in the heart of it all!

We are undecided if it’s the new renovations and modern space that we are most excited about, or all of our favorite Downtown London places we get to visit on a regular basis.

We’ve compiled a list so you can enjoy them, too! Warning…they are mostly restaurants…’cause well…who doesn’t love to eat(?!) and London has so many great food choices.

Located on Carling St, a favorite cozy location with a warm fire place offering specialty beer selections. What more could you ask for?

Relatively new to London located right on Richmond Row, it used to be Jim Bob Rays. We really don’t think we are the only ones that call this a favourite. Awesome food selections like all kinds of tacos, of course awesome beer menu (given it’s a brewery). You can purchase beer right on site until 11pm! Now that’s something to love. The pizza is to die for. It’s baked in stone ovens and the flavour explosions are enough to satisfy any palettes!

Furniture. Lovely furniture. We so love being in and creating beautiful spaces and this lovely spot allows us to do just that. Located on Richmond and full of beautifully modern and timeless furniture pieces. A must browse! If you love beautiful spaces you will leave here feeling inspired – probably with a piece to help the dream along!

A snazzy little boutique (just our style) filled with dresses for all occassions. In our experience this little shop has offered superior customer service and coming from an industry where it’s paramount, we appreciate this even more.

Alright, alright, alright! Where to even begin with this. London has some of the best outdoor patios!  When discussing what some of our favourites were we came up with these:

Moxies, McCabes (amazing rooftop patio), Winks, The Ale House, Church Key, and the ever popular Barney’s.

A new favourite when you’re heading downtown! A modern new york style space filled with dedicated professionals kicking ass and making clients dreams come true. Come and see it, you’ll love it too.
