    Rachael was an amazing person to work with. She is always, kind, friendly and quick to laugh. She helped us find the perfect place for.our family and listened to our wants and needs and found the perfect fit for us. I would highly recommend Zannah Brown for all of your Real Estate needs. She is very friendly, upbeat and always the ultimate professional. Zannah was always available and quick to answer all of my questions, and she made sure that I fully understood everything that I was signing. She rearranged her schedule for all of my requests for private viewings and held many open houses for me. She is very knowledgeable, pointing out many possible problems or potential costs in some of the houses we visited. Her positive attitude, great advice and determination to get the best deal for me,

    Thank you again, Dan & Rachael  for helping us buy our first home. You both gave up so much of your time to help and answer all of our questions. We will be coming back when we want to buy another house in 5-8 years! You both are amazing at what you do!

    Kristyn & Nathan Speed, First Time Home Buyers

    Zannah was very patient with us being first time home buyers. She was very informative on new listings, the area and concerns about the potential houses shown. She was very accommodating with our hectic schedule, making house hunting that much easier. She was great to work with and really listened to our needs while keeping things in perspective. I would definitely recommend Zannah for a first time homebuyer as she was incredibly informative of all the things first time home buyers may not know.

    While looking for a home for our daughter at the beginning of this year, you were always respectful, interested and caring when we spoke of our needs and wants in regards to the house. The listings you emailed us were in our budget and area that we wanted. You returned our calls promptly, were available when we were, and if you didn’t have the answer regarding schools, community centres or churches, you found the information for us quickly. When we decided on the home of our choice (without any pressure from you) you executed the offer in a professional manner

Why you WANT to be the smallest house on the street...

Keeping up with the Joneses is such an old school way of thinking. Particularly when it comes to home ownership. We own our enjoyment, yes. However, being a homeowner is truly meant to build a financial nest egg for the future. Go BIG or GO home should not be your motto in home ownership.
Here is the number 1 reason why being the little guy on the block is a good thing;
You are surrounded by larger, more expensive homes. This by default automatically raises your homes value.  If your home has most of the same benefits of your larger neighbouring homes such as bedrooms, bathrooms and lot size then when a Realtor does a comparative market analysis of your home he or she will use the other homes as comparison.
Sure, you don't have exactly the same square footage or the elaborate stone and stucco exterior. But what you DO have is gorgeous surroundings and a ton of automatic equity.
So when searching for a home to purchase or considering an upsize or upgrade, think about this. Big isn't necessarily better.
